WHY IS TEMPLE RUN NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY DEVICE?

Temple Run is available for both iOS and Android devices. While we try to support as many devices as possible, some devices may not meet the minimum requirements needed in order for the game to work properly. Devices that are not compatible will not be able to install the app. Please check the appropriate app store for your device regarding the application’s minimum requirements and for additional information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR THE GAME?

We are always looking for opportunities to improve the game. You’re welcome to share your feedback and suggestions on any of our official community channels or submit a ticket to support.

DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO PLAY THE GAME?

After the initial download, you’re free to go offline. Please keep in mind, while you’re offline, there is a possibility that you would not receive Daily, Weekly, and Global Challenges. You will not be able to access the store while offline.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY AGE AFTER I INSTALLED THE APP?

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we have a system in place to help us respect your privacy rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. We ask if you are 16 years or older when you first open the app. We will not collect data from your device if you are under 16, but you will be able to play the game just like anyone else. If you are 16 or older, you will be presented with the opportunity to consent to our data collection and processing. WHY CAN’T I HEAR THE GAME SOUND OR MUSIC?

The best gaming experience is always with sound! If the sound is not working properly, please follow the below steps in order to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Make sure the mute switch on the side of your device is not on.
  2. Try to turn up the volume rocker on the side of your device.
  3. Check the volume sliders in your app settings inside the game.
  4. Try restarting your device by turning shutting it completely down then turning it back on again.

If you are using an iPad, we’ve noticed that sometimes if you mute your device from the side button and then go into your settings to change the side button function to lock the rotation; it will not allow you to unmute until you’ve gone back into your settings and change the side button function to mute then slide the switch to unmute.

HOW DOES SCORING WORK IN TEMPLE RUN?

You can earn points for doing various actions in-game, such as running, collecting coins, and bonus items. As you progress within the game, the points you’ve earned are immediately multiplied by the score multiplier. Increase your score multiplier by completing objectives to potentially achieve an even higher score! Each objective is worth one additional score multiplier.

CAN I PLAY TEMPLE RUN WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT STATS ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?

Yes, you can play Temple Run 2 on multiple devices as long as they’re on the same platform. For example, an iPhone to an iPad or an Android tablet to an Android phone. However, your currency and streak progress pertaining to Daily, Weekly, and Global Challenges are specific to each device and will not sync across multiple devices.

Unfortunately, you’re not able to play Temple Run 1 on multiple devices as the game is stored locally to your device and does not use the cloud syncing feature.

IF I REINSTALL TEMPLE RUN, WILL ALL OF MY PROGRESS REMAIN INTACT?

Temple Run 1 does not utilize a Cloud storage feature. If TR1 is deleted from your device, your game progress will be erased and cannot be restored.

I LOST MY PROGRESS, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET IT BACK?

We can’t restore lost progress in Temple Run 1, however, we’re able to restore lost progress in Temple Run 2. If your game is connected to iCloud or Google Play, most of your progress will sync from the Cloud. Currency and streak progress does not store within the Cloud, but they can be restored from our end. Please contact our customer support team at support@imangistudios.com for further assistance.
